The Center for Career Connections Helps Students

The Center for Career Connections office (CCC)  is located on the first floor of Indiana Hall across from the Student Affairs office . Denise Terry, the director of CCC, says, “This office seeks to connect students with meaningful opportunities to grow professionally.” Through Applied Learning opportunities, internships, and professional development events, CCC helps students to enter into the workforce with confidence.

Jaci Forshtay is the Associate Director of Career Development and helps students with their career launch. She is also the Coordinator for the Millennial Scholar Academy program for honors students. Students with questions about resumes, cover letters and strategies for the job search process can schedule an appointment with Jaci.

Randy Polston is the Director of Applied Learning. Applied Learning credits are a part of the graduation requirement. Students with questions about APL credits or questions about connecting with different experiences to earn APL credits can schedule an appointment with Randy.

Denise Terry is the Director of CCC and oversees the operation of the office as well as the coordination of CCC events. Students who are undecided in their majors or are questioning their major of choice can schedule an appointment with Denise.

DeeAnna Muraski is the Associate Director of internships. Students with questions about internships can schedule an appointment with DeeAnna.
